Terms of Use
Last updated · July 2026
This page is maintained by Jamal ANIBA to describe the terms under which visitors and operators may use the OSINT platform ("the Service"). By using the Service you accept these terms.
1. Purpose of the Service
The Service is a cyber-intelligence console for security teams and a public case-submission channel. It allows the public to submit reports about persons of interest, incidents, and reclamations, and allows authorized operators to review, correlate, and act on those submissions.
2. Acceptable use
- Submit only information you believe to be true and relevant to public safety.
- Do not submit content you know to be false, defamatory, or intended to harass an individual.
- Do not upload material that violates the rights of a third party, including copyright, image rights, or confidentiality.
- Do not attempt to gain unauthorized access to operator features, other users' data, or the underlying infrastructure.
3. Reports and evidence
Reports submitted through the public form are treated as tips. Publication or operational use of a report is at the discretion of authorized operators and does not constitute a formal accusation. Uploaded evidence images are stored in a restricted bucket accessible only to authenticated operators.
4. Operator responsibilities
Authenticated operators must handle all data in accordance with applicable law, respect the presumption of innocence, and treat every dossier and report as sensitive information.
5. No warranty
The Service is provided on an "as is" basis. It is not a substitute for law-enforcement action, formal investigation, or professional advice. Jamal ANIBA disclaims all warranties to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
6. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Jamal ANIBA is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.
7. Changes
These terms may be updated. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
